View FAQsTo create your first video, log in to your Clipwise account, click on "Create New Video" from the dashboard, enter your prompt or upload content, select a template, customize as needed, and click "Generate Video". Our AI will process your request and notify you when your video is ready.
The number of videos you can create depends on your subscription plan. Each plan comes with a specific number of credits that are consumed when generating videos. You can view your current credit balance and usage in your account dashboard.
To upgrade your subscription, go to your account settings, select the "Subscription" tab, and choose the plan that best fits your needs. You can upgrade at any time, and the cost will be prorated based on your current subscription.
